At Henry Vale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

How to Exchange or Return

Send us an email at info@henryvale.com with your order number and reason for exchange or return. Wait for our confirmation and return shipping label. Pack items securely in original packaging. Ship using the provided label.

Important Information

- Items must be in the same condition as they were delivered.

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

- Shipping costs will be deducted from refunds. Exchange items are shipped free of charge within Denmark and the United States.
